Huobi, Bybit and 12 other companies were warned by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission

Wu said blockchain learned that according to europapress, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has issued warnings to 12 companies on Monday that these companies provide investment services without authorization to carry out such activities, including Huobi and Bybit. The European Union has designated the Bank of Spain and the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV, the Spanish securities market regulator) to supervise the country's crypto assets.
