On August 20, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission documents: London-listed crypto mining company ArgoBlockchain submitted a $75 million IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday. It plans to be listed on Nasdaq with the code ARBK. Jefferies and Barclays are the joint bookrunners for the transaction. The pricing terms were not disclosed. The company is currently listed on the London Stock Exchange (ARB) and OTCQX (ARBKF). |
