Binance’s U.S. arm has appointed former Ant Group and Uber executive Brian Shroder as president, replacing Brian Brooks, who abruptly resigned in August after just four months in the job. Binance.US said Shroder will oversee the company’s strategy and execution, financing, business and corporate development, and manage the company’s legal, human resources, product and technology functions. |
