Abkhaz authorities confiscated 6,000 mining machines, but an estimated 30,000 are still being used for illegal mining

According to Bitcoin.com, at a press conference this week, Abkhaz President Aslan Bzhania revealed that the Abkhaz authorities seized 6,000 sets of mining equipment and are currently storing them in a "special warehouse."

He noted that almost all large cryptocurrency mining farms have been shut down. Despite this, the government estimates that about 30,000 mining rigs are still in the hands of people running illegal operations.
