News on October 19: Recently, the Ministry of Commerce and 24 other departments issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Service Trade", which proposed to actively participate in the formulation of international rules in key areas.

Deepen communication and exchanges with international organizations such as customs, railways, civil aviation, and the Postal Union, and increase alignment with international rules in areas such as transportation and postal express delivery. Participate in the formulation of international standards and rules in the financial field, and strengthen international exchanges in areas such as digital currency, financial applications of distributed ledger technology, and protection of personal financial information.

Strengthen exploration and cooperation in promoting cross-border data flows, improving digital intellectual property protection and personal privacy protection, establishing dispute settlement mechanisms, strengthening network data security protection, and addressing digital trade barriers, and actively participate in the formulation of international rules and standards such as digital governance, data security, and digital currency.
