According to the "2021 China City Blockchain Comprehensive Index Report" jointly released by the Blockchain Committee of the Chinese Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics and the Blockchain Committee of the China Communications Industry Association, Shanghai's blockchain comprehensive index ranks second in the country, second only to Beijing. At present, there are nearly 1,400 blockchain companies with input and output in the country, and Shanghai accounts for about 1/4.

The rental form filled out by the tenant will be sent to the landlord's mobile phone in the form of a digital contract. The landlord can sign the contract after confirmation, and the platform will store the electronic lease contract on the blockchain.

"The information browsed online may be lagging, but the information on the blockchain can be dynamically updated to ensure that renters see real real estate sources in real time." The person in charge of the Housing Rental Professional Committee of the Shanghai Real Estate Economic Industry Association revealed that the launch of "Lian Yi Zu" also attracted the follow-up of the housing rental platform "Dafangya". Shanghai takes advantage of blockchain industry's boom with early planning
