They are 6 meters long, 2.4 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high. You can see that the box inside is the inner circulation, and the one outside is the outer circulation. This is the water cooling tower and water curtain.

Wow, it's very cool inside, because there is a special insulation layer on the top of this mining box, and you can see there are many water pipes on it, they are all used to circulate water. Look over there, the cold water will come in from the left pipe, flow from this side, to this side, and then the cold water will be divided into two parts, from here, the cold water will go into the running mining machine from this blue outlet, and then the hot water will come out from this red outlet, and then gather in the right pipe, and then return to the external circulation.

These two cabinets are the power distribution cabinets of the mining machine. Its function is to supply and redistribute electric energy, and to protect against overload and short-circuit current to ensure the safety of the mining machine. The central control system of the entire mining box is also in this cabinet. It has various sensor control systems that automatically control the water temperature and water flow of the internal and external circulation.

These are terminals and aggregation switches. Looking down, there are 56 switches here, which control the 7-layer mining machine on this side, and the other cabinet controls the other side. In addition, the cabinet also has an abnormality and timely alarm. You can also check various parameters such as water temperature, water pressure, flow, etc. on this screen. This part is our external circulation, which is also the core part of our water cooling technology. It looks very cool, right? First of all, both the internal and external circulation adopt energy-saving design, with pue as low as 1.03. We will see the variable frequency fan control system later. This system can effectively reduce water consumption, energy consumption and noise.

In order to ensure that the system can still operate stably under the changes of the external environment throughout the year, we have made such a design, so now let's open this door and take a look. You see, this is the expansion tank, which can solve the problem of thermal expansion and contraction and avoid excessive water pressure causing pipe bursts; and this one is the coolant reserve tank, which maintains the coolant level of the entire mine box; this is our heat exchange module. The most critical part of our water circulation system is this heat exchange module. Let me briefly introduce its principle. Look here, this is the internal circulation water pump. After the continuous force of the water pump, the water passes through two filter tanks to obtain pure water.

Then the pure water is transported to the entire mining box, and the circulation brings the heat generated by the mining machine to the heat exchange module, which we call the internal circulation; after the heat exchange of the heat exchange module, the heat of the internal circulation is taken away by the water of the external circulation; looking at the external circulation, the pump group continues to exert force, bringing the heat to the upper end of the cooling tower through the water, and the water flows down through the honeycomb-shaped water curtain, and is exhausted by three large fans, vaporizing the liquid water and taking away the heat. In this way, the heat of the mining machine has completed the long journey from the chip to the water cooling plate, and then to the internal circulation, the heat exchange module, and the external circulation.

Regarding this big box, it is also a control system, connected to the central control system in the mine box. It can control water pressure, water temperature, etc. It also controls the three large fans on the top of the mine box. Let us climb up and take a look.

These are the three variable frequency fans. Below this fan is the entire honeycomb water curtain and the water cooling tower. The flow rate of the water cooling tower is 180 cubic meters per hour, which just matches our mining box. Most of the heat will eventually dissipate from here. I wonder if this wind will blow me up!
