(B) Index finger. Related to the stomach. Mainly causes frontal headache. The large intestine meridian passes through here, so it especially deals with problems related to the large intestine. It should get smaller and smaller towards the fingertips, like bamboo shoots. If the opposite is true, the absorption and conversion function is relatively poor. The distance between the three sections of the pattern should be balanced. The index finger is very white, bent, and weak, which is generally the function of the spleen and stomach. (5) Little finger. Related to the heart and kidneys. Mainly causes headache in the back. The little finger passes through the Heart Meridian and the Small Intestine Meridian, so problems with the heart and kidneys are managed by the little finger. It is closely related to the heart, kidneys, uterus, and testicles. It is better if the little finger is long, thick and straight. It must be above the third joint or flush with the third joint. This is good. If it is smaller than the third joint or even bent, it means that the congenital kidneys and heart are not very good. Pain in the little finger: There may be problems with the heart or small intestine. There is Shaochong point on the tip of the little finger close to the ring finger, and Shaoze point on the other side. Shaochong is closely related to the heart. When a heart attack occurs, pressing the tip of the little finger hard can relieve the condition. Shaoze is a meridian point related to the small intestine. When indigestion occurs, you can press this area hard.
Pain in ring finger: may be a sore throat or headache. There is a Chong point on the ring finger. Rubbing this area when you have a cold or fever can relieve the symptoms.
Pain in the middle finger: may indicate cardiovascular discomfort. There is a Zhongchong point on the middle finger. When the heart cannot bear the discomfort caused by illness, you will feel pain here.
Pain in the index finger: There may be problems with the large intestine. There is a Shangyang point on the index finger. It will be very painful to press this finger when you are constipated.

The acupoints on the left and right hands are the same, so you can massage the acupoints on the left and right hands alternately.
Massage Note
1. Rest for a while before massage.
2. Do not do hand massage after binge drinking, overeating, within 1 hour after taking a bath, or when you are overly tired.
3. If you feel soreness, slight pain, or swelling in the area after the first massage, it is because you have used too much force and you should reduce the force.
4. The acupoints on the hands are relatively small. When massaging, some acupoints can be operated with some instruments, such as pressing the acupoints with the tail of a pen or ballpoint pen (which must be smooth and round).
