25. The little finger reflects problems with the heart and kidneys, and is responsible for posterior headache.
The ring finger 26 reflects liver and gallbladder problems and is mainly associated with migraines.
27 The middle finger reflects problems with the heart and mind, and is mainly responsible for headaches.
28 The index finger reflects gastrointestinal problems and mainly causes frontal headaches.
29 The thumb reflects problems with the lungs and spleen, and is responsible for headaches.
(1) Blue fingertips If your fingertips are gray or blue, or if you feel numbness in your fingertips, this may be a sign of a circulatory disorder. This disease is Raynaud's disease or Raynaud's syndrome (a condition of spasm of the peripheral arteries).
(2) Finger length Comparing finger lengths can tell you a lot about specific health conditions. Generally speaking, men's ring fingers are usually larger than their index fingers, while women's are just the opposite. According to a study published in Arthritis and Rheumatism in 2008, women with a neutral physique, whose ring fingers are longer than their index fingers, are more likely to suffer from osteoarthritis. However, having an index finger that is longer than the ring finger is associated with a higher risk of breast cancer in women and a higher risk of prostate cancer in men. A 2010 study found that men whose index fingers were longer than their ring fingers had a 33 percent higher risk of prostate cancer than other men.
(3) Anthurium variegata Short-term anthurium variegata is caused by peeling too many potatoes with a peeler, washing too much laundry by hand, or carrying a kettle for too long. This is normal. However, if your palms remain red for a long time, it may be a condition called palmar erythema, which is a symptom of liver disease, especially cirrhosis and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. (One exception: if you are pregnant, anthurium is normal, as half of pregnant women experience increased blood flow, which can cause anthurium.)
(4) Pale nails Under normal circumstances, if you press lightly on your nails, they will turn white, and when you release, they will turn red again. If your nails remain white after you press and release them, this could be a sign of anemia.
(5) Swollen fingers If you have just got off a plane, please ignore this one. Swollen fingers can be caused by simple things: the weather is too hot, a woman is about to have her period, or the ramen you just ate was too salty. However, if you drink a lot of fluids and cut back on salt, and after a few days your fingers feel thicker and less flexible, or you can no longer fit your old rings, your swollen fingers could be a sign of hypothyroidism.
(6) Thick and round fingers: the well-known clubbing: the fingers are too thick, even beyond the last direct dimension, and look like small clubs. This is a sign of heart or lung disease.
(7) Tiny red streaks under the nails are called splinter hemorrhages because they appear as tiny red or brown splinters. These are caused by bleeding in small areas and can indicate an infection of the heart or blood.
1. Tuberculosis. Thin nails that curve outwards indicate weak respiratory organs. Horizontal grooves on the nails are mostly caused by tuberculosis. The nails are long and thin; or there are longitudinal grooves on the nails, and the lunula are thin. If it is a chronic disease, the nails will be brittle and easy to break. If the little finger becomes bent and cannot be extended, it is often a sign of chest disease on the same side.
2. Early stage liver cancer. There are many thin short lines crossing the love line. The Mount of Mercury is swollen, with many small vertical and horizontal lines that are unclear. The love line here is usually thin or broken. The health line is vague and shallow, with forked lines. The Mount of Venus or the Mount of the Moon is red, with red, purple, and brown spots.
3. Poliomyelitis. A forked lifeline is common in childhood brain diseases. There is a secondary lifeline, which is caused by paralysis of the body and frequent use of hands. It is also common in people who have had a stroke or a brain tumor. The muscles on the Moon Hill near the wrist are tense and bulging, which is a sign of well-developed muscles due to using the hands. The cross in the center of the palm indicates relying on religious beliefs to cure illness.
4. Cholelithiasis. The Mount of Venus and the Mount of Moon are swollen and bulging, with plump muscles and thick and solid flesh. The nails are shiny, round and thick. The palm is yellowish overall. The three lines (the lines of heaven, earth and man) are darker than the palm color and are dark brown or gray. The color sinks to the bottom of the lines and will not fade even if pressed.
5. The horizontal line on the Moon Hill in kidney disease indicates water problems. In terms of diseases, stool is related to kidney disease and cystitis with drainage disorders. Wrinkles on the palms after taking a bath are often caused by edema due to heart or kidney disease. Kidney disease causes edema, and the lower part of the Mount of Venus swells and becomes loose. If a horizontal line appears at the lower part of the Moon Hill, it indicates severe kidney disease and sometimes diabetes.
6. Rheumatism. People with slippery palm muscles often suffer from rheumatism. Finger joints are swollen and painful. If the starting point of the love line is in pairs, the person may suffer from gout. The raised muscles of the Venus Hill and the Moon Hill are very thin and lack strength. The end of the lifeline is split into two strands with spreading ends, indicating problems with walking in the late stage of rheumatism. The little finger and ring finger cannot bend and extend freely, and are always bent. This is rheumatic nerve palsy.
7. Marijuana smoke poisoning. Venus is round and curved with many beautiful branches, indicating a strong longing and desire for sex and a liking for flowers, the moon and romance. A thin lifeline indicates that the person is indulging in sexual pleasure to the point of sacrificing his body. The island boundary in the center of the wisdom line has a thin line extending downward, indicating that intellectual cultivation has ceased. An island on the love line indicates mental instability.
8. Long-term neuralgia. The beginning of the lifeline indicates a history of tonsillitis. The lifeline is chain-shaped, indicating a chronic neuralgia and poor health until the age of sixty. An island on the wisdom line suggests that you will be troubled by love problems or suffer from illness around the age of thirty-five. The life line is divided into two branches, which means that you will be weak at around the age of ten and will often drop out of school.
9. Hypertension. The nails have lines and the meniscus is wide. The lifeline is in a messy state. Starting from the subjective symptoms, the lifeline becomes thinner, or becomes twisted, and the downward line becomes faint. The number of cross-sectional barrier lines and downward forks increases. If these messy lines are concentrated in one part and become concave, the person will feel very tired, like to stay in bed, and have a tendency to bleeding attacks.
10. Uterine fibroids. At the age of 45, the lifeline splits into two downward lines, indicating that the lower body is weak. Due to poor blood circulation and anemia. When the weather turns cold or you catch a cold in an air-conditioned room, you are more likely to experience lower limb pain and back pain, so you need to take good protection. The fork at the end of the lifeline is a sign of future physical decline. You should pay attention to daily nutritional supplements and improve anemia.
11. Liver disease. People with liver disease have lighter blood color on the palms, with dark red or purple spots. The three talent patterns (heaven, earth and man) are mostly yellow or brown. The physical condition gradually deteriorates as symptoms appear. Spots on the Mount of Venus and the Mount of the Moon are often a sign of jaundice associated with liver disease.
12. Attempted suicide. The muscles of the Moon Hill and Venus Hill are underdeveloped, flat and weak, indicating fragile vitality, lack of perseverance, excessive inferiority complex, and prone to suicidal thoughts. There are islands on the lifeline. The wisdom line starts from the middle of the life line, which indicates that the person is introverted, prone to daydreaming, and prone to committing suicide.
13. Mid-stage liver cancer. The palm is purple-red overall, with darker spots and a yellowish hue. There will be divergent lines converging at a future point in time. It indicates worsening of liver disease. You must quit smoking and drinking and eat in moderation. Thorough treatment may require months of patient recuperation. The branch line will disappear. There is an obvious millet-like protrusion at the gathering line where the lifeline turns downward.
14. Heart disease. A common symptom of heart disease is that the palms are reddish in color. Depending on the severity of the disease, the color may deepen or turn dark purple or bluish-white. The lip color will also be similar to the palm color. Heart disease often causes swollen palms and numbness of the fingertips, while tadpole-shaped fingers are mostly caused by congenital heart disease.
15. Diabetes. If calorie restriction is inappropriate due to diabetes, it will cause dietary anemia and spoon-shaped nails. If there are horizontal lines and short half-moon-shaped lines on the Moon Hill, it is mostly caused by diabetes. For those who suffer from diabetes for a long time, the lifeline is not round or straight downward, or is concave.
16. People with cerebral hemorrhage and high blood pressure. If the entire palm turns brown, it is a precursor to cerebral hemorrhage. The three basic lines (sky, earth, and man lines) are dark brown, and the dull color cannot be erased by finger pressure. The lifeline is shallow and looks wide but not tight. The thickness of the wisdom line becomes smaller or broken in some places.
17. Damage to brain nerves. Concussion or severe cervical spine abnormality may cause the hands to bend like ape hands or eagle claws. If there are many breaks in the wisdom line, it indicates headaches and often memory loss. Many islands on the wisdom line indicate brain diseases.
18. Cystitis. If the wisdom line runs obliquely across the Moon Hill with a break in the middle and fuzzy small lines, it is mostly bladder stones. If there are multiple short vertical lines at the base of the little finger, it is usually a bladder disease.
19. Intestinal disease. People with small fingertips and thin palms are more likely to suffer from gastroptosis and other gastrointestinal diseases. People who are sturdy and tend to overeat are prone to gallstones and duodenal ulcers.
20. Gynecological diseases. The flesh of the Mount of Venus is thin and white, which is prone to hysteria. Three months of pregnancy (no disease), one centimeter below the wrist line and one centimeter away from the outside, there is a pulsating feeling, the moon hill is loose and drooping, and the blood is dry and turbid, which is a sign of sexual reproductive function impairment. If there is an island on the Lifeline and many horizontal lines on the Moon Hill, it indicates that the uterus is weak. The little finger is bent, the ovarian function is insufficiency, and it is difficult to have a child.
21. Upper respiratory tract inflammation. Purple discoloration of the palms and blue marks on the little finger and ring finger are signs of a cold and fever. If a vertical line appears on the love line close to the little finger, the person may suffer from throat diseases and may have laryngeal cancer.
22. Asthma. If the starting point of the lifeline is scattered, you are prone to asthma. People with asthma usually have muscles in their palms that lack blood, are thin and prone to wrinkles, and the wrinkles often slant toward the little finger. There is a small vertical line at the beginning of the lifeline, and wrinkles spread out towards the base of the thumb. There are also clusters of small lines on the wisdom line, which then extend downward, but because the attack hinders physical and mental development, there are breaks in the extension process.
23. Chronic bronchitis. If the lifeline is forked at the beginning, it means that there has been chest disease in the past. If there is an island on the wisdom line, it indicates weak lung function. The Venus belt extends parallel to the love line, indicating that the bronchitis is chronic and the cough will not stop for a long time. If the end of the love line is spike-shaped, it means you are prone to pleurisy. The presence of many small lines on the Mount of Venus is a sign of weak muscles and weak lungs.
24. Duodenal ulcer. People with small fingertips and thin palms are more likely to suffer from gastroptosis and other gastrointestinal diseases. When you are on an empty stomach (more than one hour after a meal), you feel a burning sensation in the chest and dull pain in the upper abdomen. If you eat something, the pain will be relieved. This is a typical symptom of duodenal ulcer. The nails are nearly square, short and broad, with a small meniscus.
