Can a person with Cinnabar Palm start from scratch?

It is also known as plum blossom palm and red sand palm; however, it is also called black sand hand, which is wrong. The black sand hand has medicinal effects that help strengthen the body. To practice, first use a sand tray filled with fine sand, put your hands into the sand, and rub them vigorously, for an unlimited number of times, until you have exhausted all your strength. If you do this every day, you will reach the point where you can rub the sand plate in the air about an inch away, and the fine sand in the plate can move with your hand. At this point, the first step of the skill is accomplished, which is the so-called concentration of mind, gathering of spirit and energy. It is like hitting someone with your palm, even if it touches his body lightly, the outside will not be hurt at all, but the inside will be severely injured. If you continue to practice, you can change fine sand into sand, and then change sand into iron sand, and finally you can move on to an iron ball weighing four or five taels. If you can do it without touching the plate and the iron ball can jump out, then you will have mastered the Cinnabar Palm. However, it still requires at least fifteen years of hard work, and once the skills are acquired, they must not be abused.
1. Cinnabar Palm Cinnabar is red in color. Cinnabar palm is the palm with countless red dots, which are spread all over the palm. The color is bright and moist. It usually indicates a wealthy life. People with cinnabar palm can start from scratch and become rich and proud. Such palms are most suitable for doing business and developing resources to gain a lot of wealth.
2. The warehouse is full. The warehouse is a place for storage. There is a difference between the sky warehouse and the underground warehouse. The two temples are the sky warehouse, which should be rich and full, representing sufficient material funds, fast money coming in, and the ability to hide money. The underground warehouse is on both sides of the chin and also represents real estate. If it is rich, it means there is a lot of industry. If both of these places are healthy, then the financial situation will be very ideal.
3 What does Five Mountains Facing Prosperity mean? The Five Mountains refer to the nose, forehead, chin and two cheekbones on the face. If these five places are thick or facing forward, it is called Five Mountains Facing Each Other, which means that the person is very lucky in terms of wealth, rarely toils for money throughout his life, and will be very rich, superior to others, and most importantly, has a good mind for making money. People who don't take big risks to make money are more likely to make money smoothly and naturally.
4. The Kun, Xun and Li positions in the palm are bulging and full. If the three parts of a person's palm are bulging and full (as shown in the picture above), it means that this person has good fortune in wealth. Both regular income and irregular income are relatively strong. He knows how to make money and can use small ways to make big money. He has a very flexible mind and a set of rules for dealing with people and things. He can often get wealth from noble people.
5. Full cheekbones and thick nose. The cheekbones represent a person's rights, but they need to match the nose. Of course, they must be high and thick. Such a person is a very confident person who dares to fight and struggle. His self-confidence can enable him to obtain great wealth. Such people are also very enterprising, courageous and determined, and money can easily follow them.
1. Practice method: First use a sand tray filled with fine sand, put your hands into the sand, and rub it vigorously, with no limit on the number of times, until you run out of strength. If you do this every day, you will reach the point where you can rub the sand plate in the air about an inch away, and the fine sand in the plate can move with your hand. At this point, the first step is completed. That is what is called concentrating the mind and gathering the spirit and energy. It is like hitting someone with your palm, even if it only touches his body, his external part will not be hurt at all, but his internal organs will be severely damaged and beyond recovery. If you continue to practice, changing the fine sand into sand, changing the sand into iron sand, and finally changing it to an iron ball weighing four or five taels, you will be able to make the iron ball jump out without touching the plate, and then you will have mastered the Cinnabar Palm. At this point, the hands do not have to touch the person's skin, but the person can be gestured with the hands from a distance, such as stroking or hitting, and the person will be injured immediately and cannot be cured. He will die within ten days or half a month, and some people will even die within a few hours. To practice this palm, one needs at least fifteen years of hard work. However, once you have mastered the skills, you should never abuse them unless it is absolutely necessary to save your own life. It is extremely vicious to hit someone from a distance and let him die without his knowledge. Killing someone for no reason is detrimental to morality and is not something that martial artists would do. [2]
2. Efficacy of the editor: The secret cinnabar palm technique, which is talked about by all people in the martial arts world, will greatly increase the hidden power after practicing for a long time. When a person is hit, there is no obvious change on the surface of the body but internal injuries have been caused. After the hit, there will be a cinnabar palm print on the face. However, the main purpose of practicing this technique is to strengthen the body, increase wisdom, prevent and cure diseases, and prolong life. Because it has absorbed the skills of Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism, it also has the techniques of gathering and refining qi, as well as the connotations of golden body, halo, flexibility, tranquility, emptiness, and self-cultivation. (1) The breathing in this movement of Azure Dragon Soaring into the Clouds and Diving into the Sea changes with the contraction and expansion, opening and closing of the movement. In other words, generally speaking, when you contract your movements, you inhale, and when you release your movements, you exhale; it should be more natural. During the changes of movements, you can breathe freely, except for the final push forward and press on time when you exhale. To start the movement, take a step to the right with your right foot and turn your upper body to the right into a right lunge; at the same time, hug your arms with the left arm underneath. Then stretch your left and right arms down and then up. Move your arms upward in an arc again, cross your hands above your head, with your left hand underneath. Generally, it is called inhalation when both hands are crossed upwards. Bend forward, press your right hand with your left hand and let it fall from the front, place both palms in front of your right calf to form a left squat. Next, the left forearm rotates inward, driving the left hand to turn over and turn the palm up, extending to the left to the left to the left foot; at the same time, the right arm also rotates inward, driving the right hand to turn over and turn the palm up, extending to the right and lifting up. When the left palm reaches the left foot, straighten the right leg and turn into a left lunge; at the same time, both arms are rotated outward and stretched into "figure eight" palms, with the palms facing outwards. At this time, push your left palm forward with force, and press your right palm backward with force to form a dragon-riding stance, and exhale; at the same time, grip the ground with your ten toes, interlock your teeth, contract your anus and fill your abdomen, and stare into the distance. The eyes follow the left hand during the movement. Do the above steps again, but reverse the left and right steps. Do this once on each side for a complete movement.
(2) Push the tiger palm forward and inhale while relaxing your whole body. Raise your arms and stretch them forward, with your wrists erect, your palms facing forward, and your fingers pointing upward. When exhaling, slightly raise your head and push your palms forward with force; grip the ground with your ten toes, contract your anus and tighten your abdomen, clasp your teeth together, and stare into the distance.
(3) When Qinglong stretches his limbs and inhales, lift both palms up with the palms facing inward, starting with the right palm inside and crossing them in front of the chest. Without stopping, rotate the right forearm inward and raise it to the upper right side of the head. When the arm is about to straighten, turn the hand over so that the palm faces up; at the same time, rotate the left forearm inward and let it fall downward. Stretch out your left hip. At this time, exhale, push up with your right palm, and press down with your left palm; grip the ground with your ten toes, slightly tilt your head up, contract your anus and fill your abdomen, clasp your teeth together, and stare into the distance. When you inhale again, rotate the right arm outward and slowly lower it; at the same time, rotate the left arm outward and slowly raise it up, with the left palm inside, palm facing inward, and cross it in front of the chest. Without stopping, rotate the left forearm inward and lift it to the upper left side of the head. When the arm is about to straighten, the palm is turned up to become a face-up palm with the palm facing up. At the same time, the right forearm rotates inward and falls down. When the arm is about to straighten, the palm is on the outside of the right hip to become a face-down palm. At this time, exhale, push up with your left palm, press down with your right palm, grip the ground with your ten toes, slightly tilt your head up, contract your anus and fill your abdomen, clasp your teeth together, and stare into the distance. Do this once on each side for a complete movement.
(4) When doing Tiger Palm Split Wall Exercise, relax your whole body and stretch your arms downward and to the left and right to form palms. When exhaling, slightly tilt your head up and push your palms outward with force; grip the ground with your ten toes, contract your anus and tighten your abdomen, clasp your teeth together, and stare into the distance.
(5) Tiger Palms Touching the Sky: Lower your arms as in the preparatory position. As you inhale, relax your whole body, keep your feet still, and twist your upper body to the left with your waist as the axis. Cross your palms with the left palm facing inward, with the right palm facing inward. Next, raise both palms with the palms facing outward and upward. When they reach above the head, the left palm is at the bottom and the upper body is facing left. When exhaling, slightly raise your head, gradually separate your hands, straighten your wrists, draw an arc with your arms, slowly lower your hands, and touch your palms together forcefully; clasp your hands together and stare into the distance. When the arms fall down and stick to both sides of the body, the upper body turns forward to the initial movement position. Turn the body to the right. The movements, breathing and key points of the right posture are the same as the left posture. Perform each right and left posture once as a complete movement.
(6) When you step on the ground with your tiger palms and inhale, relax your whole body, with your palms facing downwards and your ten fingers pointing forward. When exhaling, slightly tilt your head up and press down with both palms; grip the ground with ten toes, contract the anus and tighten the abdomen, clasp your teeth together, and stare into the distance.

The right forearm is rotated inward and raised to the upper right side of the head, and the palm is turned up to become a face-up palm; at the same time, the left forearm is gradually rotated inward and dropped to the back of the right hip with a face-down palm, and the upper body is twisted to the left as much as possible. When your left and right arms are about to straighten, start exhaling, push up with your right palm and press down with your left palm; lower your head slightly and look downward about 1 meter behind your right foot, as if looking back at the bottom of the sea; at the same time, grip the ground with your ten toes, contract your anus and tighten your abdomen, and interlock your teeth. When you inhale again, the right forearm rotates outward to drive the right palm to slowly fall, and the left forearm also rotates outward to drive the left palm to slowly rise, and the body gradually turns to the right; when facing front, cross your hands in front of your chest, with the left palm inside, palm facing inward. Without pausing, rotate the left forearm inward and raise it above the head, with the palm then turned up to become a face-up palm; at the same time, rotate the right forearm inward and turn it into a face-down palm and drop it behind the left hip, twisting the upper body as far as possible to the right and rear. When your left and right arms are about to straighten, exhale and push up and press down with your palms; lower your head slightly and look downward about 1 meter behind your left foot, as if looking back at the bottom of the sea; at the same time, grip the ground with your ten toes, contract your anus and tighten your abdomen, and interlock your teeth. Do this once on each side for a complete movement.
(8) The basic movements of the Blue Dragon Seeking the Pearl are the same as those in the second move, except that the head is tilted back and the eyes are looking to the left or to the upper right. For example, when dancing the dragon, the pearl is held high above the dragon, and the dragon twists left and right and looks up at least 7 meters above and behind it, looking for a fixed target, preferably green or blue. Do this once on each side for a complete movement.

When turning to the left, cross both hands in front of the chest, with the left hand inside, and both palms facing inward. Next, extend the left hand backward from under the mouth with the palm facing up. When the arm is about to straighten, rotate the arm inward to form an upright palm with the palm facing outward. At the same time, rotate the right forearm inward to move the palm into a downward palm and pull it backward, bend the elbow and lower the shoulder, with the tip of the elbow slightly upturned. At this time, exhale, push forward with your left palm, and support backward with your right palm; grip the ground with your ten toes, contract your anus and fill your abdomen, clasp your teeth together, and stare into the distance. When you inhale again, lift up and turn to the right and forward. Rotate the left forearm outward so that the palm is facing up and flat to the right. Rotate the right forearm outward so that the tip of the elbow falls and the palm faces inward. When the upper body turns to the right, cross your palms in front of your chest, with your palms facing inward and your left hand outside.
