What determines a person's destiny? Some people say that fate (innate destiny) is the most important, some say that luck (luck) is the most important, some say that feng shui (one grave, two houses, three feng shui) is the most important, and some say that reading is the most important, and so on. Telling the truth is very important. To sum it up in one sentence, a person's destiny is determined by the right time, place and people. The theory of numerology is a complete system and cannot be divided and isolated. There is a formula that should include it more comprehensively and also explain the weight relationship between them more clearly. That is, one is fate, two is luck, three is feng shui, four is accumulating merit, five is reading, six is ​​reputation, seven is appearance, eight is respecting gods, nine is making friends with noble people, ten is maintaining health, eleven is choosing a career and a spouse, and twelve is distinguishing good and bad in life (seeking good fortune and avoiding misfortune).

Now let's talk about seven phases.

In a narrow sense, physiognomy refers to a person's facial features, and in a broad sense, it refers to a person's overall image, including facial features, hand features, body features, etc. The influence of face on one's fortune is easy to understand. When we are looking for a job, a partner or interacting with others, we all attach great importance to image, especially the first impression is very important, and sometimes plays an absolute role.

Physiognomy has a long history in China. As early as the Spring and Autumn Period, the Confucian master Xunzi said: Physiognomy has also existed in ancient times. Gu Bu Ziqing was a famous fortune teller in the Spring and Autumn Period. The "Zuo Zhuan" and "Book of Zhou" of the same period also had records of Zhang Zhongjing, Hua Tuo and other famous doctors using the five elements of physiognomy to determine good and bad luck and the location of diseases of the internal organs, but they were just from different perspectives. During the Three Kingdoms period, Shui Jingxian, Kong Ming, Xu Shu and others were all well versed in military strategy, astronomy, geography, the Nine Palaces and Eight Trigrams, and physiognomy. Xu Fu of the Han Dynasty, Yuan Tiangang and Li Chunfeng of the Tang Dynasty, Chen Tuan of the Song Dynasty, Liu Bowen of the Ming Dynasty and others were all proficient in physiognomy.

There are also many works on physiognomy, but most of them are similar and copied from each other. The more practical physiognomy books include "Ma Yi Xiang", "Liu Zhuang Xiang", "Shen Xiang Tie Guan Dao", "Shui Jing Xiang", "Xiang Li Heng Zhen", etc., and the most widely circulated and easy to understand one is "Ma Yi Xiang". The physiognomy theory of body shape states directly that: human beings are endowed with the energy of yin and yang, resemble the shape of heaven and earth, are blessed by the five elements, and are the spirits of all things. Therefore, the head is like the sky, the feet are like the earth, the eyes are like the sun and the moon, the voice is like thunder, the blood is like rivers, the joints are like gold and stone, the nose and forehead are like mountains, and the hair is like grass and trees.

The basic contents of physiognomy are as follows:

A face reading: the twelve zodiac signs, the theory of three stops and three talents, the theory of four schools and eight schools, the theory of five sense organs, the five mountains and four rivers, the five stars and six planets, the nine continents and eight trigrams, and the song about the parts of one's fortune for the year.

Second hand: life line, career line, love line, jade column line, halo line, travel line and mysterious line.

Three body characteristics: round waist and thick arms, broad back and strong waist, arched belly and pituitary gland, and hands longer than the knees.

Four moving aspects: walking like a dragon and a tiger, looking back like a lion, smiling without showing teeth and walking without showing feet, sitting like a clock and walking like the wind...

Five aspects of voice: speaking has loud and soft, clear and turbid, fast and slow, empty and solid, thick and thin, cold and hot, etc.

Six aspects of mind: the mind comes before the body, and the body comes after the mind. Before looking at the appearance, first look at the heart. Evil eyes will lead to evil intentions, and good eyes will lead to a good heart. Cultivate virtue in your heart and good or bad fortune can be changed. When your heart is kind, all blessings will gather.

Seven clothing aspects: the clothes are neat, the colors are harmonious, and the style is suitable for the status; they can be gorgeous, simple, dignified, casual, etc.

Eight changes in appearance: Appearance is determined by the mind. A good heart brings about good appearance. Evil thoughts lead to evil looks. Massage and beauty treatments can change your appearance.

There is another saying about physiognomy: the bones determine one's prosperity or decline in life, and the complexion determines one's fortune or misfortune in the passing years. This is the summary of thousands of years of practical experience of physiognomists and it cannot be denied arbitrarily. Some people can't help but ask: So-and-so has a good appearance, regular facial features, five mountains facing the west, the sky is high and the earth is thick, the three parts of his face are even, and he has a straight nose and a square mouth. Why is he poor and miserable all his life? Some people's life appearances are not perfect, some have thin faces, exposed lips and teeth, and inverted ears, but they are rich and wealthy. Why is that? The book of physiognomy says: Do not praise the noble in the green, and do not be contemptuous of the lowly in the turbid. If you want to be accurate, you must do the following:

The climate in the east, south, west and north is different, so we must study and find the appropriate climate.

If you can follow these ten aspects of the Dharma, good and bad fortune, beauty and strength will naturally become clear.

The facial complexion is subtle and changeable, and it is only with the close cooperation of the fortune teller and his calmness that a judgment can be made; the comprehensive observation of palmistry is to combine the two hands for comparison for more accurate results. The true essence of physiognomy is the emphasis on spirit, breath, and voice, which is consistent with traditional Chinese medicine. There are four diagnostic methods in medicine, namely observation, auscultation, questioning and palpation; physiognomy focuses on appearance, examining the spirit and observing actions. There is a saying among physiognomists: The best physiognomists focus on crosstalk, the middle-level physiognomists focus on spirit, the lowest-level physiognomists focus on appearance, and the middle-level physiognomy focuses on behavior and manners. This is a social principle that is permeated with the concept of the unity of man and nature and the concept of the doctrine of the mean. Appearance is composed of a person's physical appearance, mental complexion, choice patterns, and demeanor and behavior. What kind of appearance you have determines what kind of destiny you have. If the appearance changes, the destiny will also change.
