Palmistry is the main part of the palmistry system. If you want to understand palmistry, you must understand palmistry. In palmistry, the Nine Palaces system is the coordinate positioning of life's longitude and latitude; the texture system connects the Nine Palaces and is a dynamic trajectory drawn by retrieving relevant files; the complexion system, as a supplement to form and texture, is sensed by information from inside and outside the human body and is constantly developing and changing, just like an information receiving station. The art of palm reading was already discussed by ancient people. "Jade Palm Notes" once said: The method of palm reading is to first look at the eight trigrams, and then check the five elements. It can be seen that the body part is the most important, and the five elements are the second most important. And this article also says: If there are lines but no palms, the clothing and food in old age will be ordinary; if there are palms but no lines, the wealth will be lost in early years. Therefore, the palm is the foundation and the lines are the fortune; the palm is the ultimate state and the lines are the initial response. The theory of complexion was also discussed by many ancient people, who attached particular importance to good or bad fortune. From this we can get a general idea of the palmistry system. The principles of palm reading can be roughly summarized as: Tai Chi Yin and Yang theory, complexion and texture. The opposite palaces are separated by two positions, and the cause and effect are mutually cut off. Whenever practicing palmistry, the most important thing to consider is the Tai Chi Yin-Yang dialectical principle (Tai Chi Yin-Yang theory). For example, a woman uses her right palm to represent herself and her left palm to represent information about her spouse and others; the palm reading for a man is the opposite, which is the difference between yin and yang. For example, when judging diseases by texture, one must follow the principle of left-right observation, because the human body is essentially a Tai Chi. For example, for any major texture on the palm, there are two different principles for using it (viewing it forward and viewing it backward), which is also the application of Tai Chi principles. When reading the palm, one must also combine the texture with the complexion (comparison of complexion and texture). Because texture is fixed information, while complexion is the current state. Texture is yang and complexion is yin, so they must coordinate with each other. Texture is like a riverbed, and color is the flowing river water. The texture is large, and the complexion is subtle. Texture and complexion can also be transformed into each other. When reading a palm, first observe the shape, then check the texture, and finally look at the complexion. The opposite palaces are separated by two positions, and the cause and effect are mutually cut off. It is the application principle of the Nine Palaces in the palm, that is, the cause and effect mechanism revealed by the opposite palace and the two separated palaces. The information of the nine palaces in the palm can be divided into two categories according to the four cardinal points and the four corners. Below, the principles of handheld photography are explained one by one. Due to space limitations, only a brief introduction is given. 1. Physiological positioning in the palm From the holographic theory, we know that in a complete system, the local parts often holographically reflect the whole. Therefore, the shape, color and texture of the palm completely correspond to the instantaneous field state and stable state of the human body, and thus can be used to diagnose human physiological diseases and the overall condition of the person. Generally speaking, the correspondence between the physiological parts of the palm and the human body is that the thumb square (inside) is on the left, the little finger square (outside) is on the right, the middle finger is on the head, and the wrist and neck are on the lower abdomen, genitals and thighs. When you hold your palm upright, it will be exactly in line with your body. Modern medicine has confirmed that the human body itself is a Tai Chi. The human body is yang on the left and yin on the right. The left brain controls the right side of the body, which is the yin within the yang; the right brain controls the left side of the body, which is the yang within the yin. Yin and Yang are mutually rooted and can be differentiated into Yin and Yang. The hands, as the external mapping of brain information, must also be synchronized with the body. Therefore, the information reflected by the hands about the human body is often reversed left and right. To observe the state of the right body, the information of the left hand should be based on the information of the left hand, and the left body should be based on the right hand. This is the principle of diagnosis based on palmistry texture. The Book of Changes says: Birds of a feather flock together; birds of a feather flock together. The induction of information often follows this principle. From this we can know that if the left hand is yang, it will sense positive information, and if the right hand is yin, it will sense negative information. The complexion of the left hand reflects masculine information, while the complexion of the right hand reflects feminine information. This is precisely the first principle of diagnosis based on complexion method. Therefore, the physical condition of a married man’s wife can be judged based on the information reflected by the complexion of his right hand; the physical condition of a married woman’s husband can also be judged from the complexion of her left hand. If the Qi is stagnant, illness will occur; if the Qi is blocked, disease will occur. If the color of a certain part of the palm is different, the corresponding part of the body it represents will also be reflected. These are also the main principles and contents of diagnosing diseases based on complexion. 2. The Nine Palaces in the Palm The nine palaces in the palm are Li at the fingertips, Kan at the neck, Zhen under the thumb, and Dui at the opposite position, which are arranged in order of Qian, Kun, Xun and Gen. This is the Eight Trigrams, which represent one’s own temperament and the status of his relatives. The palm is the center of the Mingtang, located under the ring finger. It is the end of fire and earth, and represents a special temperament (special abilities, spirituality). The Nine Palaces are the acquired mechanism, covering heaven and earth without leaving anything out. According to traditional Chinese palmistry, the Nine Palaces correspond to a person's internal and external states one by one, and have special meanings: Li is the palace of officialdom, and represents the ultimate state of career. Kun represents the palace of children and mother, and determines the rise and fall of the family fortune. Dui represents the palace of wives, concubines and servants, and it cuts off the relationship between husband and wife, and friends. Gan is the father's palace, which is used to check the father's well-being. Kan is the ancestral palace, which looks at the prosperity and decline of ancestors. Gen is the Palace of Brothers, which determines the gains and losses of brothers. Zhen represents property and husband's palace, governing property and marriage between husband and wife. Xun is the Palace of Wealth, which determines one’s fortune in life. The Eight Trigrams have their original meaning, which can correspond to parts of one's own body as well as to one's six relatives. The Mingtang represents one’s most recent fortune. The most important thing about the palm is that the Eight Trigrams are raised and the Mingtang is sunken, which is said to be a palm that can hold an egg. There is a wonderful mathematical relationship in the Nine Palaces: the sum of the opposite palaces is ten, if one increases, the other decreases, and they are mutually cause and effect; the yang numbers are in the four squares, and the yin numbers are in the four corners, each according to its kind. The Nine Palaces in the palm also conform to these principles and have clear meanings. Gan represents my parents who protect me, Xun represents the wealth that supports me. The information from the two palaces represents yin and yang respectively, and are cause and effect to each other. Gen represents brothers, born by parents; Kun represents family fortune, both mother and children, born by me. The two are also interdependent and cause and effect to each other.
