Bitcoin pocket wallet KeepKey officially released

     It is now much more convenient to spend Bitcoin to buy things abroad, but it seems that ensuring the security of this digital currency is still a challenge. Either put the money in an online wallet or store it on your home or office computer. A hardware device specifically for storing Bitcoin has appeared on the market, namely KeepKey.

The KeepKey device itself costs $239 and can fit in your pocket. It can generate and store Bitcoin private keys and make online purchases without having to entrust a third-party service you don’t trust.

KeepKey connects to the computer via USB and works through a Chrome plugin, which allows users to set a PIN code for it, which automatically fills in the information when making purchases via Bitcoin. There is an OLED screen on the KeepKey where you can see the details of the purchase, and you can confirm the transaction by clicking a button on it.

KeepKey supports multiple wallets and is completely immune to viruses and malware, at least that’s what the company that makes it says. But KeepKey isn’t the only Bitcoin hardware wallet on the market, there’s the Ledger Nano, which is the size of a flash drive and costs just $32. KeepKey is currently available for sale worldwide and can be purchased on Amazon, where, as mentioned above, it costs $239. You can also buy it with Bitcoin on its official website.
