Shenzhen Bitcoin Meetup to be held on November 21

Bitcoin meetups provide a great opportunity for digital currency enthusiasts to connect with other like-minded people. Bitcoin users are often questioned and put in an awkward position in society, with many ordinary people believing that Bitcoin enthusiasts spend too much time and energy on their computers only to get some fake money. Nothing is better than attending this Shenzhen Bitcoin meetup to get rid of misunderstandings and get to the truth.

Today, Bitcoin is developing very quietly in China. In fact, most of the global Bitcoin transactions come from Chinese exchanges, thanks to a large number of investors who trade short-term. But this does not mean that there is no Bitcoin community in China. In fact, the Bitcoin community in Shenzhen has started to prepare for their offline meetup next week. Surprisingly, the organizer of this meetup is actually from Hong Kong, even though the two places (Hong Kong and Shenzhen) are only 20 kilometers apart.

The party will be held on November 21st at Willy's Crab Shack restaurant in Shekou, Shenzhen. At that time, most of the Bitcoin community members from Hong Kong and Shenzhen will sit together to discuss the future of digital currency. Willy's Crab Shack is also likely to choose to accept Bitcoin payments because of the success of this party. After all, the only way to make merchants accept Bitcoin is to make them see valuable customers.

The party will be held from 3pm to 6pm on the same day . The organizer will first show an interesting bilingual Bitcoin introduction video in Chinese and English, and then the participants will discuss Bitcoin and digital currencies.

Is China promoting Bitcoin ?

It’s no secret that the Chinese government is not too keen on Bitcoin. While the People’s Bank of China and other government agencies have warned against Bitcoin use, the government has not prohibited citizens from hosting social events such as Bitcoin meetups. Offline events like the Shenzhen meetup could pave the way for the future spread of Bitcoin in China.
