Blockchain startup Stampery receives $600,000 in funding

Blockchain startup Stampery recently announced that it has completed a $600,000 round of financing, led by Draper & Associates, with participation from Blockchain Capital and angel investor Di-Ann Eisnor.

Daniele丹尼尔•列维, CEO of Stampery, said:

“Our goal is to provide users with a service that generates secure, reliable and irrefutable proofs of existence and the integrity of their documents and digital communications. Draper & Associates’ participation allows us to accelerate the global rollout of our technology and expand our customer base with the help of their strong global relationships and experience. We are very pleased to have Draper & Associates’ investment because Draper & Associates has a unique vision and has invested in elite companies such as Tesla, Skype and Baidu, and their support has always inspired the work of the Stampery team.”

Luis Iván Cuende, CTO of Stampery, said:

"We have developed products based on blockchain technology and put them into use, but the work we have done is subtle and users may not notice the changes that are happening. Now, we will continue to integrate our products into the systems used by the majority of users. We have launched our Dropbox integration, followed by Box and others. Our vision is that our products can be used wherever notarization is needed in the future. With the emergence of more and more fast and automated data notarization methods in the future, traditional notarization methods will only become a drop in the ocean."

Stampery solves the data authentication problem by using Bitcoin blockchain technology, which is currently the most promising technology. It allows individuals and companies to prove any type of data and generate accurate, reliable and unchangeable proof of existence, integrity and ownership.

Anyone can access, register and use Stampery's services for free. Users of Stampery's PRO plan need to pay 999 euros per month, and Stampery will provide them with services to verify 1,000 documents per month.

Daniel Levy says:

“Most people compare the Bitcoin blockchain to the Internet in the 1990s, with huge potential. Our product is a non-financial Bitcoin application that leverages its extraordinary properties to generate reliable and unbreakable proofs of existence for anything that has ever happened. The proofs of existence, integrity, and ownership generated by Stampery are valid worldwide, immutable, and verifiable in seconds by any independent third party. This is revolutionary because today’s mathematical science allows us to verify any event without relying on a central authority. The blockchain is secure because of its decentralized nature, a powerful network maintained by computers all over the world.”

Stampery has developed a solution to the scalability problem and is currently applying for an international patent for the technology, which can verify millions of documents in seconds.

"Our original scalability solution allows Stampery technology to be combined with other services with large numbers of users, such as Dropbox, which has 4 million users," said Luis Ivan, 19, one of Europe's leading hackers.

The Stampery team is currently developing their third project, and was invited to pitch the project at the TechCrunch Disrupt Battlefield conference in San Francisco from a selection of more than 1,000 startups. They launched the beta version of the product in May and have participated in the international intensive accelerator program "Menorca Millennials" several times.

“Participating in the Menorca Millennials program has brought us into contact with outstanding investors in various fields and brought us business opportunities. The Menorca Millennials model is very innovative, bringing together international talents with the highest level mentors and investors from all over the world.”
