They include: Institutional representatives: Wiebe Ruttenberg, Director-General for Research, European Central Bank (ECB); Olivier Salles, European Commission. Representatives from the academic community: Dr. Primavera De Filippi from the French National Center for Scientific Research, University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University, COALA.global (Coalition for Automated Legal Applications). Relevant market representatives: Jeremy Millar of Magister Advisors; Dr. Thaer Sabri, CEO of the Electronic Money Association; Siân Jones, founder of the European Digital Currency and Blockchain Technology Forum (EDCAB). |
