No more than 2.5 sand coins will be distributed for every 100 Ruitai coins. The mortgage asset package projects corresponding to the Ruitai Digital Asset Certificate (Ruitai Coin) operated by our company, the German Ruen Cell Mitochondrial Rehabilitation Project and the Shaqiantong Digital Points Project, have entered the normal operation stage. At present, the company has no new major notification obligations to fulfill.

According to the operation of relevant projects and the preliminary evaluation of the company's financial data, the Ruineng Rehabilitation Project has not yet entered a profitable state due to its short operation time, concentrated investment and some other reasons. However, the 8 million Sand Dollars in the mortgage asset package, which are allocated together with the shares of the Sand Dollar Tong project, have already generated real asset income with the listing of Sand Dollars, and the company has also sold part of them on the open market.
