The conference, called the “Parliamentary Blockchain Forum,” is scheduled to take place on October 4 at the Maison de la chimie, near the French National Assembly. The French Ministry of Finance confirmed that Digital Affairs Minister Axelle Lemaire will deliver the closing speech.
