The Linux Foundation-led Hyperledger blockchain project welcomed 17 new members today, including Samsung’s IT services subsidiary Samsung SDS, Quickbooks developer Intuit and heavy machinery maker Sany Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. To date, nearly 100 companies and startups have joined the Hyperledger project. Brian Behlendorf, executive director of Hyperledger, said in a statement:
