Zou Chenghui : Let me give you an example. For example, if you buy a house, you may have already imagined the decoration before the house is built. Some companies can already do this, allowing you to virtually decorate the house through VR technology. By the time you get the house key, the room has been decorated according to your idea.

VR and blockchain technology are used here . Blockchain technology will subvert many things and solve many problems in the future. Two years later, this technology will be more fashionable than the Internet . Everything connected by blockchain technology has DNA . For example, in the above scenario, the furniture of a certain manufacturer that you choose through blockchain technology cannot be replaced by anyone. At the moment you choose to place an order, all relevant parties will receive the order.

Blockchain finance is an application scenario of Internet finance. For example, every kilowatt-hour of photovoltaic power generation can reduce 0.87 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. In the blockchain finance scenario, you will get 0.87 carbon coins, which can be used to purchase products and services, pay operation and maintenance fees, etc.

iKang has been established for ten years and has experienced both the highs and lows of the industry. What is the biggest challenge facing the company and the industry now?

Zou Chenghui: What we lack most is probably top-notch, creative talents. China lacks talents with breakthrough thinking, and this cannot be solved by high academic qualifications. When enterprises grow to a certain scale and need technological breakthroughs, this demand becomes more obvious. For example, many enterprises are struggling with the current popular blockchain technology, and do not have so many core talents to support it.

Aikang has a regular talent training plan, recruiting 6 small classes each term, 5 people in each class, a total of 30 people. Each class has a project, such as a power station project in a certain county is given to a class, and everyone needs to make a plan, otherwise they will not graduate.

In addition, it is a problem for people in the industry to jump from one job to another. The industry needs people who can focus on one field.

Many companies in the photovoltaic industry are engaged in finance. For example, some companies are engaged in supply chain finance, providing financial services for the entire industry chain, and some companies are providing financial leasing services for power stations. Zou Chenghui : The integration of industry and finance is not just empty talk. The integration of industry and finance is a unique model in Asia. For example, in 1949 , Toyota was taken over by banks due to financial problems. Later, the company learned from its mistakes and developed finance. Since then, Toyota has not had a financial crisis.
