Founder of Microsoft’s Slovak subsidiary talks about DECENT and blockchain

On September 5, Tibor Tarábek, founder of Microsoft’s Slovak subsidiary, expressed his views on the potential of blockchain applications in content distribution.

Tibor Tarábek was the founder of Microsoft's subsidiary in Slovakia and served as General Manager for 5 consecutive years. He then founded eTel, one of the first telecommunications operators in Central Europe. He also served as Executive Director of the company. He also has extensive experience in system integration in complex information systems and held CEO/COO/CIO positions in companies in sales, marketing and international business.

Since 2008 Tibor has been active in the field of Internet and online marketing. He founded the most successful online creative marketing agency in Slovakia - Zaraguza Digital. He then worked on a complex information system project for employment and recruitment - Recagent "Práca pre Teba" ("Work for You"), which was accepted and used by RTVS (Slovak Radio and Television). Then he became the Technical Director of RTVS, where he resigned in 2012 due to the change of government. Today he is active in the field of energy storage, its development and deployment, and works as an investment and marketing manager in a private software development business.

Tibor became interested in the blockchain environment due to his extensive experience with the technology and his view on the huge potential of DECENT. Recently he met with the DECENT team and discussed what the future of content distribution will look like. During the discussion, Tibor expressed his views:

“In recent months, I’ve heard about many blockchain-based projects, but DECENT is the one that’s catching my attention. Due to its comprehensive solution and various use cases, it has the potential to become the next global big thing in the data distribution process.”

As one of our main goals is to ensure global adoption of the DECENT network, we are delighted to see professionals from so many fields impressed by the potential of this technology. Let’s re-invent the future of online media distribution.

DECENT has already established partnerships with many companies in the blockchain and publishing fields, and this group is still expanding. With these excellent participants, DECENT's future network will have a healthy ecological development.

DECENT will launch its ICO globally on September 10 this year. Interested parties can participate by using BTC or other cryptocurrencies. For more details, please visit the DECENT ICO official website or join the DECENT official QQ group (572877273).
