In Deloitte's view, blockchain can achieve secure information transactions and eliminate complex intermediaries. In addition, blockchain can also connect multiple different patient systems for information synchronization. In order to enable DHHS to better use blockchain technology, Deloitte recommends that it customize a blockchain ecosystem, establish connections with early supporters of the technology, and create an alliance to conduct research and exchanges. Deloitte also released four major frameworks to help medical giants evaluate the opportunities brought by blockchain technology.
