Guizhou is great! It is expected to become the first province in the country to pilot the application of digital currency

On February 23, the Guizhou Provincial Big Data Bureau invited Sun Wenlong, Director of the Information and Software Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and relevant experts to our province to interpret and provide training guidance on the "Big Data Industry Development Plan (2016-2020)". Representatives from many provincial universities, scientific research institutions and key big data companies attended the interpretation meeting.

Sun Wenlong interpreted the drafting and compilation process and overall structure of the Big Data Industry Development Plan (2016-2020), and mentioned that my country will implement "seven key tasks" during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period (strengthening the research and development of big data technology products, deepening the innovative application of industrial big data, promoting the development of industry big data applications, accelerating the cultivation of big data industry entities, promoting the construction of big data standards system, improving the big data industry support system, and enhancing big data security capabilities). Each key task is divided into several sub-tasks, and column projects are listed separately, with a total of 8 column projects integrated into the plan. After Sun Wenlong's interpretation, the participating representatives interacted with the leaders and experts of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on issues related to the development of the big data industry in Guizhou.

In addition, the relevant person in charge of the Guizhou Provincial Big Data Development Leading Group Office introduced the key tasks of Guizhou's big data development in 2017 at the interpretation meeting, which mainly include 8 aspects:

The first is to build the top-level structure of the digital economy.

Second, we will strive to create a national digital currency application pilot . We will apply to the central bank to make Guizhou the first digital currency application pilot province in the country.

The third is to become a node of the National Big Data Center. We will strive to include our province in the national integrated national big data center planning layout and become a data center node in the southern region of the National Big Data Center.

Fourth, gather leading projects and promote the construction of international top digital economy enterprise projects such as Apple (China) Data Center, Alibaba Guizhou Big Data Industrial Park, and Huawei Global Data Center.

Fifth, integrate the three industries. Carry out the province-wide "Big Data + Industry Deep Integration Action Plan" and build 100 typical demonstration projects.

Sixth, data integration and sharing. We will promote the connection of the Cloud Guizhou data sharing and exchange platform to the national data sharing platform and make it a national pilot for provincial sub-platforms.

Seventh, build a digital government. Carry out the "Government Big Data Application Special Action", build 50 typical demonstration projects of government big data application, launch the "Cloud Guizhou APP Platform", and create a national leading government affairs and people's livelihood APP brand.
