As one of the oldest precious metal suppliers in the UK, Sharps Pixley hopes to provide customers with more convenience by integrating its online store to allow payment using Bitcoin wallets.

The company's president, Ross Norman, said that many Bitcoin investors are also interested in traditional safe-haven assets, and now they can transfer assets easily.

Sharps Pixley will work with payment processor BitPay, a US-based bitcoin payment platform.

As a full member of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), Sharps Pixley provides a one-stop service that includes storage and trading in addition to purchasing.
