South Korea has the highest electricity cost for mining, with the cost of mining one Bitcoin being about $26,200, while Venezuela has the lowest cost, with the electricity cost of mining one Bitcoin being only $531. China needs to spend $3,172, which is relatively low in the global mining cost.
