Graphics card prices reportedly fall as cryptocurrency market slumps

As the price of digital currency markets continues to fall, the price of dedicated graphics cards (GPUs) is also falling, Computerworld reported on July 10. Although cryptocurrency mining led to a sharp increase in the price of high-end gaming graphics cards in late 2017 and early 2018, that trend appears to have reversed as the crypto market continues its downward trend. Add-on Component Boards (AIB) prices are reportedly falling and supply increasing due to a sharp drop in cryptocurrency prices. |
