Bitmain IPO prospectus: Sogou founder Wang Xiaochuan serves as the company's independent non-executive director

Bitmain disclosed its prospectus on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today. According to the prospectus, Sogou founder Wang Xiaochuan will serve as Bitmain's independent non-executive director.

According to the prospectus, the company's board of directors will consist of seven directors, including four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors. The four executive directors are: co-founder Zhan Ketuan, co-founder Wu Jihan, senior investment director Ge Yuesheng, and chief financial officer Liu Luyao; the three independent non-executive directors are: Sogou founder Wang Xiaochuan, former Qunar.com president Sun Hanhui, and Northern Light Venture Capital founder Deng Feng.
