Security company: About 42% of companies were attacked by virtual currency mining programs in the first half of this year

According to Nikkei News, security company Check Point recently released the results of a survey on cyber attack trends from January to June 2018. The results showed that the three most detected viruses were malicious cryptocurrency mining programs. During the survey period, about 42% of companies were attacked by cryptocurrency mining programs, which is more than twice the same period last year.
