At 3 pm on October 10, Xu Mingxing was blocked by rights defenders at the Beijing headquarters of OKcoin. Late into the night, a reporter from MoNiu Finance rushed to the scene to understand the situation.

The rights defenders revealed that at around 3 pm on the 10th, Xu Mingxing appeared at the OKcoin headquarters in Haidian. A large number of rights defenders who had been waiting for dozens of days surrounded Xu Mingxing to ask for an explanation, but Xu Mingxing did not leave the company gate for a long time. The rights defenders said they would wait for Xu Mingxing to show up. From 3 pm on the 10th, investors surrounded the three entrances and exits of the OKcoin headquarters building, and each entrance and exit was guarded by personnel. The OKcoin headquarters also arranged a large number of security personnel to respond, including a security team of nearly 30 people. According to rights defenders, OKcoin founder Xu Mingxing also arranged a team of dozens of bodyguards outside the company. These people were scattered around the OKcoin headquarters building, sitting in the car to rest, and occasionally getting out of the car to smoke and look at the building. These bodyguards gathered around 3 am last night.

OKcoin founder Xu Mingxing was reluctant to meet with rights-activating investors. At around 2 p.m. on the 11th, rights activists knelt downstairs and at the front desk of OKCoin headquarters, shouting at Xu Mingxing, "Give me back my hard-earned money."
