Cryptocurrency mining firm Bitfarms files for Canadian IPO

According to Calcalistech, last week, Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms submitted a preliminary prospectus to the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) in the hope of listing on the Ontario Stock Exchange in Canada. As previously reported, Bitfarms’ share price surged after it was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange following its merger with an Israeli public company. The company’s share price surged 6,500% after a 13-month run. |
