1. The main purpose of installing this software is to detect the stability of the mining machine connecting to the mining pool and to troubleshoot abnormal problems in connecting to the mining pool;

2. Installation

After downloading, it is in the form of a compressed package. To decompress it, open the decompressed folder, find the file named " APConnectivity ", and double-click to open the software; as shown below

3. Settings

You can set the following three data : "Currency Selection", "Parameter Settings" and "Language"

1> Currency settings

Ant Pool currently supports 10 currencies, including BTC, BCH, LTC, DASH, SC, XMC, BTM, ETH, ETC, and ZEC. Customers can choose the currencies they need to test. The default is to select all. If you don’t need them, you can remove the “√” and click “OK”.

2> Parameter settings

This setting is required to set the test ping time of the mining pool of this software, the default is "5 seconds", and the scanning time of the port used by the user's mining machine, the default is "30 seconds", it is recommended to change it to the maximum value allowed by the software

3> Language

Currently this software only supports Chinese and English. You can choose according to your needs.

3. Page Introduction

1. After double-clicking the software, the local address, machine code and machine code copy button will be automatically obtained.

(Note: If a customer's machine cannot be linked to the mining pool, after clicking the test button, they can copy the machine code to the mining pool customer service for a test query)

2. The selected currency is displayed, and the start test button

3. After clicking Start Test, the currency color will change, and the meaning of the currency color will change;

★ Gray: Initial state

★ Green: Test results are normal

★ Orange: The mining pool to which the mining machine is connected is unstable and does not affect mining

★ Red: The mining machine failed to connect to the mining pool

1> If the test starts and the color turns green soon, it means the connection is normal and the mining pool information is stable;

2> If the green color is displayed very slowly after the test starts, ① it may be due to the instability of the user's network; ② it may be due to the instability of the information returned by the mining pool. For specific problems, please provide the machine code or copy the test report to contact the mining pool customer service for consultation;

3> If the test starts and the display turns orange, it means that one of the three ports of the mining machine connected to the mining pool may be blocked, but the other ports are normal, and mining can be carried out normally, without affecting the income and computing power;

4> If the test starts and the display is red, it means that the three ports of the mining machine connected to the mining pool are not connected, which will affect the computing power and revenue. You can contact the mining pool customer service for consultation in time;                                                                                  

4. If the machine cannot connect to the mining pool, please provide the "machine code" or "copy the detailed test report" to the mining pool customer service after completing the above operations, and they will answer your questions.
