There is no mining pool at the time of posting. For now, you can only mine solo on your wallet. The method is as follows.

First download the wallet and unzip it. After unzipping, open the wallet and wait for about 1 minute before the wallet interface appears, then close the wallet.

Open the cciecoin.conf file in the data directory with Notepad and save it after adding the node.

If there is no cciecoin.conf file in the data directory, then you can create a notepad file in the data directory with Notepad, open it with Notepad, copy and paste the above nodes into the newly created file, and save it. After saving, you need to change the file name and suffix to cciecoin.conf. After changing it, you can start the wallet and wait for synchronization.

There are many other ways to add nodes. If you don't know how, you can search Baidu. Many coin data directories do not have files ending with .conf. So how do we know what name of .conf file to add? ? Generally, you look at the wallet main program, for example, the wallet main program of this coin is cciecoin-qt.exe, so we name it cciecoin.conf

For example, if the main program of a new currency wallet is wwwaa.exe, then the node configuration file name is wwwaa.conf. Another method is to look at the data directory of the C drive. The node configuration files of many currencies are the same as the file names of the currencies corresponding to the data directory.

Note that some computers hide the file extensions. You need to enable the display of file extensions in the folder options of the control panel. If you don't know how to do it, search Baidu for the method. If the file extension is hidden, you cannot change it.

After synchronization, click the debug window in the help at the top of the wallet interface, and click the console in the debug window. Enter the command in the console to start mining.

The console mining commands are as follows:

Enter setgenerate true 2 and press Enter. The 2 here refers to threads. You need to set it neither too large nor too small according to the performance of your server or computer CPU. For example, if you have 20 cores and 40 threads, then you would enter setgenerate true 37

You can also mine by inputting setgenerate true -1 and pressing Enter, which means full-scale mining, which means starting the vast majority of threads to mine.

You can also start mining by typing setgenerate true and pressing Enter.

The above three commands can all start mining. Use the one that works best for you.

To view the mining information, enter getmininginfo and press Enter.

After entering the mining command, just keep the wallet open. The wallet must be synchronized. If it is not synchronized to the latest block, you will mine a fake block. If your wallet node is down and the block data is out of sync, you need to close the wallet, restart the wallet and wait for synchronization, then enter the command to start mining.

If there are new nodes, you add new nodes. The more available nodes, the better. You can follow the official Discord group for various information.

If you mine a fake block, theoretically, close the wallet and restart it, and the fake block will disappear, that is, the coins will disappear. If the synchronization is stuck, and you have mined a lot of fake blocks and coins, and you close the wallet and restart the synchronization, and they do not disappear, then you can close the wallet and delete all the data in the data directory. Pay special attention to backing up before deleting, because there are wallet files in the data directory.

The wallet file is usually named wallet.dat in the data directory. You can also copy and back up the wallet.dat file in the data directory after closing the wallet. If you don't know how to do it, it is best to package and back up the entire data directory. Or export the wallet file backup in the wallet window. There is key information or KEY or memory seed. It is best to back up all of these.

The wallet data directory is in the C drive by default after you unzip and open the wallet. If you customize the directory, then it will be in your customized directory.

How to enter the C drive data directory? I'll take win7 as an example. Enter %appdata% in the Run window and press Enter. Then find the data folder of your corresponding coin in the Roaming folder. Generally, the folder is similar to the name of your coin wallet program. It's easy to find.

The path to directly enter the data directory in win7 is as follows

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming
