How to mine Grin with Bminer?

Grin , Chinese name Gulingcoin / Smileycoin, is an open source project developed based on the MimbleWimble protocol. It focuses on privacy payment and privacy protection, aiming to become a scalable privacy cryptocurrency. Grin currently uses two POW algorithms, namely Cuckatoo31 ( ASIC- friendly) and Cuckarood29 (anti- ASIC ). In the early stage, 90% of the blocks were mined by Cuckarood29 and 10% were mined by Cuckatoo31 . The transition will be gradually made later.

1. Download the Bminer mining software in the attachment , unzip it and open it, and select the "mine_grin29.bat" or " mine_grin31 " file as needed

3. After setting the parameters, save and exit the bat file, then double-click to run the bat file to start mining .

Note: Bminer will report errors when multiple tasks are shared. Multiple tasks shared means that the user has opened two bminers , one of which is running in the background and occupies more than 6G without noticing. Then, when the second one is run later, it will continue to report errors regardless of 29 or 31 , because there are less than 6G resources left.
