The start time of logistics delivery will be subject to the notification of each logistics company. Antminer shipments were originally scheduled to be suspended from January 20, 2020 to January 31, 2020, and will resume normal shipments from February 1, 2020.

On January 29, Shenma Mining Machine issued an announcement stating that in view of the current epidemic situation and in combination with the notices from the General Office of the State Council and the Guangdong Provincial Government, the end of the Shenma Mining Machine Spring Festival holiday will be extended from January 30 to February 9. Arrangements related to production, delivery, after-sales receipt and delivery, and maintenance have been delayed due to the impact of the epidemic.

On the 31st, Canaan issued an announcement stating that the product receipt, delivery, and repair of Avalon Maintenance Department (Lin'an) were postponed from February 3 to February 10 due to the epidemic. Avalon's online customer service resumed normal work on February 3, with working hours from 9:00 to 24:00.

Canaan Technology also stated that after the outbreak, Canaan Technology and its executives have donated a total of 1.2 million yuan in cash, and plan to donate cash (materials) worth no less than 2 million yuan. Shenma also subsequently stated that it would donate 2 million yuan.
