According to BlockBeats, the second phase testnet of the decentralized storage project Filecoin officially started to reset on June 19. Currently, according to miners, due to severe network congestion, most miners are unable to generate wallet addresses, so mining has not started. According to previous reports by Lvdong, Filecoin launched its first phase 2 test on May 15. On that day, the test network continued to produce blocks but the blockchain browser data was out of sync.
