Subsequently, Zhan Ketuan’s response statement revealed what happened.

The statement said that on July 30, the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province seized some mining machines in the Century Cloud Core warehouse based on the pre-litigation property preservation application. The plaintiff was Chongqing Silicon Yuan, a subsidiary of Singapore Bit. Zhan Ketuan said that it was incredible that Chongqing Silicon Yuan owed Century Cloud Core hundreds of millions of yuan in payment for goods and was able to successfully apply for property preservation.

This statement is different from what Wu Jihan said. Wu Jihan said earlier that he stopped shipping the goods after transferring 109 million yuan to the other party's account. It is speculated that this should be one of the reasons for applying for property preservation.

The reason for the discrepancy may be that Wu Jihan's side previously stated: President Han proposed to give President Zhan funds to pay suppliers every month and to pay the salaries of (Beijing) Bitmain employees. For every mining machine sold, President Zhan will be given the money for a mining machine. This money can only be used for the company's daily operations, and must ensure that the original customer's orders can be completed.

Therefore, the 109 million may have been transferred to the account of Beijing Bit, of which Zhan is the legal representative, and Shenzhen Century Cloud Core is a subsidiary of Beijing Bit, so the court temporarily supported the property preservation.

In addition to this dispute, Bitmain employees began to complain on Maimai on the 29th that they had not received their housing provident fund for July. Several Bitmain employees confirmed this news to Wu Blockchain. According to normal practice, housing provident funds should be deducted on the 25th of each month.

Zhan Ketuan responded later that the payment time was adjusted due to the re-signing of the contract with the supplier. It is not known why this notice was not released in advance to inform employees.
