Apollo



The Apollo event is jointly organized by Gitcoin and Filecoin, aiming to build a community of Filecoin ecosystem builders.


The event will be held for 6 weeks from August 19th to September 30th. Only entrepreneurs, builders, and makers interested in the Filecoin ecosystem are invited to continue their work or start new projects using the Filecoin and Web3 ecosystem.


Officials hope to see more than 300 people build more than 50 projects and build relationships in the Filecoin ecosystem.



Filecoin Launchpad


 

Filecoin Launchpad was launched by Filecoin in collaboration with ConsenSys Lab. The project will focus on assisting startups that build more open, interoperable, and programmable tools, infrastructure, and applications for the distributed Web through IPFS and Filecoin.
 
Filecoin Launchpad will provide funding, one-on-one mentorship, and programming to accelerate the adoption of Filecoin in the Ethereum and DeFi ecosystems and attract current web developers to build affordable and geographically decentralized storage network integrations.
 
The event, which runs from mid-September to December 2020, will provide funding, mentorship, benefits, and programming to 15 to 20 teams around business and blockchain-specific issues, with each participating team receiving $80k in prize support.
 
Why are they crucial?
 
Have you ever thought about this question: after the mainnet is launched, where will the other valid data come from besides the valid data sold by Discover?
 
Everyone should be able to understand the importance of valid data:
 
1) For miners, the more valid data there is, the greater the proportion of computing power, and the easier it is to generate block revenue;
