js-IPFS 0.51.0 with TypeScript support

Thanks to the strong support of the community , TypeScript is now a prominent member of the js -IPFS codebase , and we can now cut installation time in half by installing ipfs-core .  
 
 
Hardening the public DHT against attacks

Thanks to the work of a number of researchers and a small number of core developers, we were not only able to make some critical fixes, but thanks to the availability of Testground we were also able to verify the mitigations. Special thanks to A-SIT Bernd Prünster and Alexander Marsalek and Graz University of Technology for their help.
 
 
Exploring compression of Libp2p streams
