ETC Mining Guide after Hard Fork

Good news, ETC is finally going to have a hard fork. According to Bee Mining Pool , the fork height is 11700000, and the time is about 4-5 am on November 29th.

After the hard fork, A-cards and N-cards that support 3G or more video memory only need to select the kernel selected in the box in the figure below to mine normally, and all original ETC kernels will be invalid.

Due to the change in the algorithm, the familiar Claymore15.0 kernel does not support ETC after the fork. It is not recommended to use nbminer34.0.1 before the fork. PhoenixMiner5.3b seems to support automatic switching, but we still recommend that you stay on duty during the fork to prevent emergencies. According to Bee Mining Pool, this hard fork is not that tense, and there is no need to cut in accurately. Ten minutes or half an hour late will not have much impact.

Users of multiple mining machines can switch currencies, kernels, wallets, and mining pools in batches through the one-click switching function of the group control. In " How much time are you willing to spend next time? ", we have recorded a short video of "one-click switching" for reference.
