YFI founder announced that Yearn will merge with Sushiswap, and the price of SUSHI exceeded $1.7

According to BlockBeats, on December 1, YFI founder AC announced that Yearn will merge with Sushiswap.

Here are AC’s details on the merger between Sushiswap and Yearn Finance:

-Sushiswap and Yearn merge development resources;

-The total locked amount of Sushiswap and Yearn increased;

-Sushiswap will launch Deriswap after the merger is completed;

-Integrate Keep3r into Sushibar v2;

-Yearn strategy will drive Sushiswap forward;

-Yearn will help create the xSushi vault so that users can earn SUSHI-ETH-YFI-wBTC;

-Keep3r will transfer all of its treasury as liquidity to Sushiswap KP3R/ETH (about $11 million);

-Keep3r will execute on-chain limit orders, stop-loss and take-profit functions for Sushiswap LPs;

-Keep3r will provide gas-free transactions for Sushiswap transactions through MetaWallet;

-SushiSwap will participate in the stealth project after the launch of Deriswap together with Yearn;

-The Sushiswap money market will be launched with SUSHI LP as collateral;

-Cream Protocol will provide liquidity for Bento Box;

-Cover protocol will launch the use of SUSHI as insurance and allow covSUSHI to cover individual trading pairs, such as CLAIM-SUSHI-WETH-WBTC;

-SUSHI tokens and governance will remain unchanged;

-0xMaki will be responsible for Yearn’s AMM division.
