According to BlockBeats, Ethereum developer Ryan Berckmans tweeted on February 22 that Ethereum EIP-1559 may be launched in the "London" fork in July. It is reported that EIP-1559 attempts to reduce transaction fees by introducing fixed fees and destruction mechanisms.
