Many people I have come into contact with entered this circle very early, some in 2011, some in 2013, and I entered relatively late. You all are my predecessors. I entered this circle in 2016 after I accidentally came into contact with mining machines. It was like opening Pandora's box. In fact, before that, I was an executive in a Fortune 500 company and often traveled to the United States, South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam. At that time, a Bitcoin mining machine cost 50,000 to 60,000 to 100,000 yuan. Because there were not many people digging at that time, it basically paid back in one year. Later, until the end of 2017, when Bitcoin plummeted, the electricity bill exceeded Bitcoin, so I sold all my mining machines. Its businesses mainly include: security token issuance (STO), digital asset trading and digital asset custody services. Many people of this generation believe that STO is considered by some people to be a "disruptive sector." STO is at the intersection of cryptocurrency and traditional financial assets. The tokens in STO can be used to replace assets such as stocks and bonds, and can be linked to real assets such as equity, debt, real estate, products, etc. For example, the issuance of stocks, bonds and digital bonds of private equity funds of non-listed companies can reduce the cost of global bond issuance and truly connect global funds. This is of great significance to the traditional financial industry. Compliance STO will open up a new path for the real industry to conduct global financing. STO can enable holders to have certain ownership rights of a company and be legally supervised by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). At the same time, it must also go through regulatory procedures such as KYC (customer investigation), AML (anti-money laundering), and qualified investor review. In essence, there is no STO without supervision. This also makes the market gradually realize that supervision is not a disaster, but a legal identity that allows it to grow and develop in an open and aboveboard manner. The second is asset chain In a sense, asset chain solves the problem of mapping physical assets (also known as atomic assets) in the physical world and assets generated in the digital world to assets on the blockchain. These assets include cars, houses, petrochemical products, stocks and financial securities, coupons, digital collectibles, access and subscription rights to certain resources, intellectual property rights, etc. Obviously, this path is relatively long. There is a barrier between the real-world assets and the digital world, so a link is needed to connect the on-chain and off-chain. We can understand synthetic assets as financial instruments that simulate the value of another asset, which can provide investors with more diversified capital allocation, opportunities to hedge risks, and tools to increase investment returns, thereby becoming a price exit for real-world assets. Judging from the current track, many people are not clear about this part, but many people are already trying to work in this field. In short, asset chain is one of the future development directions. We should embrace such new technology, but we also need to think from the perspective of practical implementation, choose suitable assets to chain, and then continue to update and iterate. The third one is: the integration of technology If blockchain is only used as a single technology and combined with scenarios, there is still a gap. It needs to integrate more new technologies and blockchain, such as many AI technologies we hear today, including Internet of Things technologies. For example, Internet of Things monitoring in the transportation process is a very typical business application. In the past, we have created many enterprises from WEB1.0 to web2.0, namely social networking, positioning, mobile apps, and cloud computing, which have generated very large economic benefits and created giant enterprises such as Alibaba and Tencent. We can see that technology is currently moving from small integration to large integration. The economic benefits generated by this large integration will far exceed the economic benefits brought by small integration. Therefore, a large number of technologies will be integrated with blockchain and will be closer to business scenarios. Just like last year's IPFS is the integration of blockchain and storage, and NFT is the integration of blockchain and art.
