According to Oukelian News, the Xihu District People's Court of Hangzhou City heard the cases of Zhao Dong and Zhao Peng in accordance with the law today. Among them, Zhao Dong and Zhao Peng were found guilty of aiding and abetting in court. Zhao Dong was detained on June 24, 2020 and arrested on July 18; Zhao Peng was detained on June 13, 2020, placed under residential surveillance on June 15, and arrested on July 17. The relevant cases involved illegal settlements and the backflow of more than 3.1 billion yuan to gambling black and gray industries. Zhao Dong received 70% of the dividends related to the OTC business. The Criminal Law stipulates that the sentencing standard for aiding and abetting crimes is a fixed-term imprisonment of not more than 3 years.
