Asset management company Simply launches fund containing Bitcoin, plans to invest 15% of net assets in Bitcoin

According to BlockBeats, on May 27, the official website of asset management company Simply showed that it had issued a fund with Bitcoin in its portfolio on May 24, named "Simplify US Equity Plus GBTC ETF SPBC". It is reported that the Bitcoin fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in US equity securities and expects to invest up to 15% of its net assets in Bitcoin through Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC). The portfolio will be rebalanced regularly, and the fund advisor will actively manage GBTC through the secondary and primary markets.
