(OKCoin) intends to apply to the company registration authority (Haidian District, Beijing) for cancellation of registration due to the resolution to dissolve. Creditors are requested to declare their claims to the liquidation group within 45 days from the date of the announcement. The person declaring the claims is the legal representative Xu Mingxing.

Beijing Lekuda Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a Bitcoin trading platform with professional K-line market display, international matching algorithm, planned entrustment, limit price/market price trading, and 24-hour customer service. Previously, according to the case of (2019) Zhejiang 0192 Minchu 9177 on the Legal Documents Network, the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Zhejiang Province clearly stated that "the original court believed that the OKEx trading platform was a website registered overseas developed from the www.OKCoin.cn website, and the ICP registration entity of the www.OKCoin.cn website was Lekuda Company, indicating that Lekuda Company was related to the OKEx trading platform."
