According to BlockBeats, on July 27, Bitmain announced the spin-off of Ant Pool at its semi-annual shareholder exchange meeting. Bitmain said that after obtaining shareholder approval in the first quarter, the legal matters regarding the spin-off of Ant Pool were completed on May 1, and some business arrangements are still being made, and relevant actions will be completed as soon as possible. After obtaining the support of new shareholders, Ant Pool will independently carry out mining pools and other businesses overseas. |
