According to BlockBeats, on July 27, Bitmain announced the spin-off of Ant Pool at its semi-annual shareholder exchange meeting. Bitmain said that after obtaining shareholder approval in the first quarter, the legal matters regarding the spin-off of Ant Pool were completed on May 1, and some business arrangements are still being made, and relevant actions will be completed as soon as possible.
