Bitcoin mining company Marathon purchased 30,000 Antminer S19j Pro mining machines at a cost of over $120 million

According to Chain News, Bitcoin mining company Marathon Digital Holdings announced that it would purchase 30,000 Ant S19j Pro mining machines from Bitmain for a total price of US$120.7 million. The purchase contract has been signed and the mining machines are expected to be delivered between January and June 2022. Marathon said that after all 30,000 mining machines are delivered, the company will have a total of 133,000 Bitcoin mining machines, with a total computing power of 13.3EH/s, accounting for about 12% of the current Bitcoin network computing power.
