Former federal prosecutor: SEC may take control of the entire crypto space

On September 9, former U.S. federal prosecutor James K. Filan revealed that the SEC will control the entire encryption field at all costs, not just Ripple and Coinbase. In response to the statement, Ripple's general counsel said that the SEC's preferred tough intimidation methods and unclear rules will only hurt consumers and the market in the end. Ostrich Blockchain previously reported that the SEC is also currently investigating Uniswap. |
