Today we are honored to invite Mr. Jiang Jiang, the global technical director of SINSO, to come to the special program [Interstellar Vision September Ecological Exploration] to bring us a unique project - SINSO, a global project for distributed human health data built on blockchain technology. Through blockchain decentralized storage technology and smart contracts, a new world of revolutionary management of human health data will be established.

SINSO projects and key research directions
In general, SINSO is a decentralized medical facility architecture. On the basis of providing high-quality remote diagnosis and treatment services, it further solves the problem of patient data ownership. Through customized NFT issuance templates for medical data, it encourages users to actively participate in data ownership, helps users strengthen data collection and data asset conversion processes, and strengthens the flow of medical data. SINSO also provides the issuance of doctor brand NFT virtual assets to further promote doctors to practice freely.

The SINSO project is aimed at solving the problem of medical trust in depth. In fact, the metaverse is a good entry point. We hope to build a patient-centered data ecosystem on Filecoin's infrastructure, and build an ecosystem of the medical metaverse that maps to reality, and reversely reconstruct our doctor-patient relationship.

You can think of it this way: Filecoin is the soil for web3.0 and the metaverse. There is a mapping relationship in the underlying logic. SINSO allows patients to control their own data. This is very critical because the current ecosystem is not user-centric. Any ecosystem that is not user-centric cannot be called a metaverse. The metaverse is an abstract concept. First of all, its soil is data democratization, and Filecoin is the soil for this metaverse. Because the scenario comes from the co-construction of various ecological partners.

The core of SINSO is to solve a Filecoin medical decentralized infrastructure architecture, with a series of tools and middleware. Because Filecoin is not very perfect at this stage, SINSO has a part of the work equivalent to the process of building roads and bridges, such as medical data NFT and NFT transactions, data classification, chain, storage, transmission, retrieval, etc., which all need to be considered, and combined with medical scenarios.

This is a huge project, and it is a challenge and a great attempt for the medical industry. If the medical records of cancer patients around the world are shared anonymously, it can be a benefit to mankind. Through data research, a lot of costs can be reduced and doctors can avoid detours.

SINSO solves the current dilemma faced by the medical industry

Looking at the world, the medical industry is closely related to the lives of each of us. From the government to every ordinary person, everyone is troubled by medical problems. The entire medical industry is currently facing a dilemma. The core of the medical dilemma is still the "trust issue", which can be simply understood as the patient privacy issue. Patient privacy is very sensitive. Every year, a lot of patient information is stolen, and the falsification of medical records data to defraud insurance is also the direction of the country's crackdown. Due to the complexity of medical data and the interests of hospitals, our data is fragmented, and in order to avoid responsibility, doctors and hospitals are conservative in data processing and are self-interest-oriented. This causes a lot of troubles and dilemmas. So what SINSO wants to solve is the mountain of medical "trust".

Currently, our medical data is entrusted to hospitals. The ownership of the data lies with the patients, but the keys are not with them. This leads to many conflicts and contradictions. The state requires hospitals to continue storing the data for 20 years, but after 20 years, it becomes an unknown.

Therefore, the current information structure is essentially irrational. It is only reasonable to establish a global unified continuous storage and let patients control their own data. Not only that, it is also necessary to open source, build a thorough security environment and public encryption algorithms. Only in this way, the data is not controlled by the company, but by an open source system, and the private key is in the hands of the patient. This is the direction of the future.

The dilemma of the medical industry can be summarized as the inherent interest structure that makes our actions and breakthroughs face many difficulties, but this is not immutable, and everyone should have confidence. Although the survey shows that 76% of the public (survey analysis of more than 10,000 people worldwide) are willing to share medical records anonymously, their willingness to share will be higher if it is to help others.

The difficulty and high cost of seeing a doctor are just superficial phenomena. Human beings’ pursuit of health is endless. Medical technology and high technology can never solve the “crux” of medical care. When trust is established, the cost of medical care can naturally be reduced. The goal of SINSO is to return to the essence of medical care.

How much do you know about SINSO's core technology?

SINSO's technology is centered around building a decentralized medical infrastructure, in other words, to build a complete medical web3.0 ecosystem. Our core is to transform medical data into assets, and the value of this asset must be amplified in the SINSO system. We will cooperate to create many incentive models, and the production, review, and transaction of data will be incentivized.

SINSO has built four major components in the Metaverse, which will be the infrastructure architecture for Metaverse governance in the future. Now we need to build a decentralized medical infrastructure, including DAPP, Donors Network, SINSO Getway, and SINSO DAC. The four major components constitute our entire module.

Sinso DApp can easily and quickly match experts for consultation and consultation, and confirm the data ownership of personal medical records and imaging data. The consultation under the blockchain is similar to Chunyu Doctor. The biggest difference from ordinary APPs is that DAPP must be open source and patients must have independent control over their own medical records.

Sinso Getway provides standard API interfaces for data collection, data preprocessing and privacy computing modules, and exchanges data with individuals and institutions through standard APIs.

Sinso Donors Network is an incentive economic model built according to the deep phenotyping model of medical data. It automatically matches data purchasers and incentivizes storage miners and related contributors.

SINSO DAC is a DAO governance framework. Medical care must be open source to solve human problems, because in this way medical costs can be reduced and the overall interests of human medical development can be better met. The emergence of SINSO DAC is to use smart contract technology to open source the community and solve current problems in the medical industry.

SINSO Ecosystem Participants and Roles

The system solution built by SINSO involves many aspects. At present, the main participants in the SINSO ecosystem are: auditors/experts, data producers, storage providers, and data buyers. The above participants cooperate with each other to jointly build the SINSO ecosystem.

Storage providers can also be called miners. SINSO is a shared storage for real data for Filecoin, and real data will receive ten times the mortgage and ten times the mining reward. One Datacap space will be bound to three F1 addresses. We certainly hope to develop together with miners and do a good job in persistent layer computing power mining. In addition, in order to solve the problem of cache efficiency in the middle layer, it is not possible to build nearby cache nodes everywhere, so we provide a hot data incentive layer, which is included in SINSO mining. In this way, the entire big data storage and storage efficiency improvement are solved.

As a data collection provider, SINSO encourages data to be uploaded to the chain and stored in Filecoin, and there will be rewards. It costs money to store data in centralized storage, but we not only do not charge money, but also provide subsidies. This is the logic. Many people do not understand the abstract concept of the metaverse, but storing data in Filecoin is the first step. We incentivize this behavior.

Experts and reviewers. SINSO develops expert nodes to share professional knowledge in data classification, data templates and verification. Medical care is a very professional matter, and it is meaningful for SINSO to build a crowdsourcing network of experts. Experts can initiate a storage topic. For example, an expert encourages everyone to store chest CT scans to solve the problem of lung nodules. Then he must prepare a complete set of storage solutions and templates. This is the result of expert research, and experts will be rewarded.

The fourth role is the data purchaser. SINSO enables non-profit organizations, AI companies, and pharmaceutical companies to purchase from anonymous databases, eliminating middlemen and allowing patients to authorize medical NFTs for decentralized transactions.

SINSO latest developments

Currently, SINSO is preparing for the testnet and is also participating in the Vientiane hackathon and chia hackathon. Both have corresponding products and will announce them at web3 medical labs.

SINSO has completed the Getway component for imaging; DAPP completed the first version in the Accelerator Camp. This part of the program will be first implemented overseas, including the medical remote assistance project submitted to the Malawi Ministry of Health. The hot data cache layer and incentive layer are also being worked on recently. The test network will be launched at the end of the month and is currently in internal testing.
