El Salvador adopts Bitcoin as legal tender, thousands of people set fire to the streets to protest

On October 17, thousands of people in the capital of El Salvador took to the streets to protest against the president's promulgation of policies such as the legalization of Bitcoin. According to local media, since Bitcoin became the country's legal currency in September, it has been criticized by all sectors of society. The president "exchanged" with the media on Twitter about the march, saying that the march was a means for anti-government organizations to attract the attention of the international community.
